Bonnell, who has been President of EXIT Realty’s US Organization since 2001, is a thirty-year veteran of the real estate industry and was instrumental in building three major brands. Among her many achievements, she was recognized by real estate trend-watcher, Stefan Swanepoel, as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Real Estate. In addition to her responsibilities at EXIT Realty she is a wife, mother of three, grandmother of three and a martial artist, coach, judge and referee.
Bonnell’s appointment is part of a corporate restructuring that includes other promotions to key positions including the naming of Steve Morris as Founder and Chairman; Erika Gileo, formerly Senior Vice President of Operations and Stevie™ Award Winner as Executive of the Year – Real Estate at the 2011 International Business Awards as Chief Operating Officer; Sharron Richardson, formerly Manager of Franchise Support as Vice President of Broker Services and Derek Stephenson, formerly Assistant Manager, Franchise Support as Manager of Franchise Support.
