Aquino heading for Naga to pay respects to Robredo

President Benigno Aquino III headed for Naga City in Bicol Tuesday morning to pay his respects to the late Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo.
A report by radio dzBB’s Benjie Liwanag Jr. quoted Transportation Secretary Manuel Roxas II as saying Aquino took a plane to Naga, also to condole with Robredo’s family.
No other details of Aquino’s trip were made public.
Robredo’s body was retrieved off Masbate earlier Tuesday, stunning his supporters and colleagues.
Aquino had been in Naga City Monday afternoon, where he met with the family of Robredo and updated them on search operations.
Before that, he went to Masbate early Sunday to personally supervise search operations for Robredo, and the pilot and co-pilot of the plane that crashed off Masbate while heading to Naga City from Cebu last Saturday.

Aquino considers Robredo a close personal friend. –KG, GMA News
