iPhone 5 to be released in September?

Here we go again. It’s full steam ahead for the iPhone 5 rumor mill as speculations on the much-awaited iDevice smartphone continue to bombard the Internet.

This time, tech website Ubergizmo posted that a French blog site reportedly “obtained a piece of information from a Chinese source that specializes in manufacturing iPhone accessories.”

The blog site — which is incidentally in French — claimed the 21st of September as the release date of the next generation iPhone.

Furthermore, the blog also pointed out the iPhone’s 30-pin proprietary dock connector has been replaced with a narrower 19-pin version, a report that already came out in other news websites.

The earlier report from Reuters said that the change in the connector size was “to make room for the earphone moving to the bottom.”

Anyway, we just have to wait until the actual iPhone product comes out. Probably in two months time?
